By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms before completing the purchase.

13. Products

We endeavour to describe and display products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Photographs, illustrations, colours, dimensions and other visual representations are provided for information purposes. Minor variations may occur, particularly as a result of manufacturing, printing, materials or differences in screen display.

The essential characteristics of each product are presented on the relevant product page before purchase.

Products are offered subject to availability.

14. Prices

Prices are displayed on the Website in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices include applicable taxes where required, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping and delivery charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated and will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, including deliveries to the United States, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the authorities of the destination country.

KINGDOM ANYWHERE reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be charged at the price displayed when the order is confirmed.

15. Orders

The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and provides the information required to process and deliver the order.

Before confirming the order, the customer will have an opportunity to review the products selected, quantities, delivery information and total price and to correct errors.

An order becomes binding once the customer completes the checkout process and payment has been accepted, subject to applicable law.

KINGDOM ANYWHERE will provide electronic confirmation of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, manifest pricing error or unavailability.

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, the customer will be informed and the relevant amount refunded.

16. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Payments are processed through the payment service provider displayed during checkout.

The customer warrants that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

KINGDOM ANYWHERE does not intend to directly store complete payment card details.

17. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered for pre-order before their official release or availability date.

The applicable estimated or committed delivery timeframe will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page before purchase.

For products currently offered for pre-order with delivery stated as “by Christmas 2026,” KINGDOM ANYWHERE commits to delivery by Christmas 2026, subject to circumstances constituting force majeure under applicable French law.

Payment for a pre-order may be collected at the time the order is placed.

If KINGDOM ANYWHERE becomes aware of circumstances that may materially affect the stated delivery timeframe, affected customers will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable.

In the event that KINGDOM ANYWHERE does not deliver within the stated or otherwise agreed delivery timeframe, the customer will retain all rights and remedies available under applicable consumer law, including, where applicable, the right to request delivery within an additional reasonable period and subsequently cancel the contract and obtain reimbursement.

Nothing in this section limits the customer's statutory right of withdrawal or any other mandatory consumer rights.

18. Delivery

KINGDOM ANYWHERE currently offers delivery to destinations within the European Union and the United States, subject to the delivery options available at checkout.

Available delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery periods will be communicated before the customer confirms the order.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

KINGDOM ANYWHERE is responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where a specific delivery date or period has been agreed, we will endeavour to deliver within that period. The customer's statutory rights in the event of late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

19. Customs and International Orders

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes and import charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless collected at checkout or expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

KINGDOM ANYWHERE does not control charges imposed by foreign customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered may legally be imported into their destination country.

20. Right of Withdrawal

Where the customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable European Union or French consumer law, the customer generally has a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform KINGDOM ANYWHERE of their decision by an unambiguous statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Notice may be sent to: kingdomanywherepub@gmail.com

The customer must then return the relevant goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the decision to withdraw.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by KINGDOM ANYWHERE, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Returned products should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, KINGDOM ANYWHERE will reimburse payments received in accordance with applicable law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.

Refunds will ordinarily be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

KINGDOM ANYWHERE may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or the customer supplies evidence that they have returned them, whichever occurs first.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception provided by applicable law applies, including certain personalised or custom-made products.

Customers benefiting from French consumer law are protected by applicable mandatory legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, subject to the conditions provided by law.

These legal guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee that may separately be offered by KINGDOM ANYWHERE.

For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of their country of habitual residence where such protections apply.

The parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's right to bring proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
